Summer business Casual

So, lucky for me, I don't have to worry about dressing for work in any season because I wear scrubs...I will have to start worrying about it soon though...

In my ideal world, I would be dressed like this.
I absolutely love this look.
Of course, this is not my ideal world so I'll settle for nice pants (all year-round) and a pretty shirt like this or I would go for this look

P.S. Will rock this sweater look in early fall too!!!
